I love Paris! The City of Light! Such an incredible place on earth!
If you haven't visited yet, you cannot understand it..But if you read my posts for the capital city of France, you 'll really feel it!
The river Seine divides Paris into 2 and together with the Eiffel Tour I could say it 's a landmark of Paris.
During the international exhibitions between 1855 and 1900, the River Seine inspired many artists and Parisians. The river has evolved throughout the different phases of evolution of the city that mark its history and the creation of the great monuments built near its banks.  Nowadays. the public is given the opportunity to rediscover this urban landscape of the quays and banks of the river Seine, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1991..
These days and until 21st September, the French weekly magazine Paris Match organise next to the banks of the Seine the photogallery *LES STARS ET LA SEINE*, a selection of rare photos from the Paris Match archives. From Jean-Paul Belmondo to Johnny Hallyday and from Romy Schneider to Diane Kruger strolling at the quays of Seine, flashes reinterpret the iconic beauty of Paris.
Enjoy the city of Paris & the international stars through the images!
The exhibition is next to Musée dOrsay (the old train station!). I suggest you use Tuileries or Solférino metro stations for your convenience. But even if you are not going abroad, I 'll show you everything here, on the blog.
